Refund policy

We will issue a refund if for any reason the product(s) ordered is no longer desired. If a package is returned to our customer service department you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping charges. As the customer  you may choose to have a package redelivered if you request a product exchange in the event a wrong item(s) were ordered. There will be a new fee to ship items on all exchange orders. 

For your protection, and to ensure timely delivery, we recommend that you send your return item(s) via UPS or United Parcel Post best to purchase insurance. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment except return shipping and handling fee.

We will always be committed to our customer’s experience and satisfaction with our products/merchandise. All items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 15days of purchase date. Must be in original containers, packaging, total product order if bundle pack received and original proof of purchase . If items are returned in original state all refunds or exchanges will be void. 

Non returnable items

Partial bundle pack. Total bundle pack must be returned. Gift cards are not refundable.

DAMAGE POLICY

Once you receive your order we ask to please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show a little wear. However, if any damage occurred to the items in your shipment, we can offer a replacement of the damaged items or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Damages need to be notified within 7 days so we can file a claim if the damage was the neglect of shipping company.
